This Mercedes A220 came in for us to diagnose a transmission concern. The transmission will not change into any gears and does not move at all. After scanning the vehicle we found faults for the valve body. We also got a fluid sample before recommending repairs and found metal in the fluid. This A220 will need the entire transmission replaced.

Volvo S60 wagon in for an oil change and battery diag. We found faults for the auxiliary battery and a warning in the cluster that stated “Auto start stop service required”. Sure enough the auxiliary battery failed the battery test.

This Audi A6 came in with a water leak concern. Customer found their back seat and the carpet soaked. We found the sun roof drains were clogged in the rear. We were able to clean the drains out and verify there’s no water leak. The passenger front seat doesn’t work due to very corroded wires, and we’ll have to remove the carpet to make sure it’s dry.

This Mercedes CLA250 came in for a second opinion after developing an engine knocking noise shortly after having the cylinder head replaced at the dealership. The customer noticed the noise immediately after the repair, but was told it would be several weeks before the dealer could inspect it.

After diagnosing the vehicle, we found excessive material in the engine oil and traced the knocking noise to cylinders 3 and 4. Unfortunately this will need the engine replaced.
