We had a few different goals for the operations meeting. With the explosive growth we've had, we thought it was important for our operations folks to have some face-to-face time with different departments including HR, marketing, PM/development, training, and finance. We also wanted to introduce and discuss a new KPI dashboard, and our revamped bonus program. The most important objective was to get our operations team together for some team building, realignment, and motivation to crush our Q3/Q4 goals. After all, the dash game was bonding time for the ops team and the new COO, after the all-day long ops' meetings.
