Greater Seattle motorcycle club

Directions

Greater Seattle motorcycle club We are a family-oriented club that enjoys riding dirt bikes. We have a private well-groomed track in Randle, WA. We have 8 full electric campsites.

Our property has a cabin that can sleep up to 8 people. Water truck and tractor for track maintenance. SMC, (Seattle Motor-Cycle Club), started in 1943. SMC is known for leasing the motor cross track for years called, “Jolly Rogers” in Kent-WA. For years SMC put on moto cross races, along with weekly practice days. SMC also held one of the top hill climb events in the state of Washington. Public growth forced Jolly Rogers to sell out to a housing development, so 30 years later we lost the Jolly Rogers race track. In 2006 SMC opened its own private practice motocross track. Our track is located outside Randle-WA. This track is for “club members” only. Our track sits on 17 acres of plush topsoil, having little to no rocks on the track. There is a river close by for your enjoyment. When SMC bought this property, it needed lots of work. SMC club members put countless hours in, making this track a place to come and enjoy yourself. You can come to just camp out or you can come out camp out, ride and practice. We now have electrical hook-ups for motor homes and trailers. We are currently working on putting in a water well in. This will support various water locations along the track to keep dust down. We currently have a water truck that supports our needs for now. SMC maintains its property, in way of club dues and putting on race events. Club dues can vary anywhere from $200 - $400 dollars a year, based on how much a club member wants to participate in the club, such as club events and work parties. We hold club meeting every 3rd Tuesday every month.

📢 GREATER SEATTLE MOTORCYCLE CLUB — IMPORTANT MEETING DATES 🏁

Club members, we have two very important upcoming meetings as we prepare for the 2027 club year.

📅 Tuesday, September 8, 2026 — Nominations
We will be holding the nomination of candidates for next year’s Board of Directors.

📅 Tuesday, September 15, 2026 — Elections
We will be holding the election and voting for next year’s Board of Directors.

⚠️ Both meetings are mandatory for General Members. Your participation is important to the future of our club, and we encourage all General Members to make every effort to attend both meetings.

We would also love to see our Associate Members at these meetings who are interested in becoming General Members in the upcoming year. This is a great opportunity to get involved, learn more about how the club operates, and be part of shaping the future of the Greater Seattle Motorcycle Club.

The strength of our club comes from the involvement of its members. Family, Friends, Moto! 🏍️❤️

We hope to see everyone there!

Good evening SMC, mark your calendars. Tuesday, August 18th, we’ll be working on Article3 of the bylaws, members and memberships, to fit the club’s current direction. Then, on Tuesday, September 8th, we’ll hold nominations for club officers. And on Tuesday, September 15th, we’ll hold elections for those officer roles. At both September meetings, we’ll also work on changes to Article 3. The meetings are at Bowlero lanes of Lakewood at 7pm. Please take a look at article 3 of your bylaws and highlight any changes you think would fit the club at its current state. Look forward to seeing you all there!

Thank you

Tom Allen

Good afternoon all SMC members,

At the meeting this Tuesday it was decided to have a work party/ tutorial on the water system and tractor, Saturday June 27th at 9:30 am. The goal would be to show all the members how the water system works and how the tractor and attachments work. Also get a few things added to the water system, we could use some help if people could bring lawnmowers and w**d eater’s we can get some things cut down and cleaned up. Also bring your bikes and we can get some laps in later in the day.

It would be great to see as many members as possible, Thank you!
