The IRS got suspicious that a tow truck owner wasn’t paying proper wages to his staff, so they sent an agent to investigate.

The agent climbed aboard the tow truck and said, “I need a list of your employees and how much you pay them.”

The tow truck owner replied, “Well, there’s Clarence, my wrecker driver He’s been with me for three years. I pay him $1,000 a week, plus free room and board.

“Then there’s this mentally challenged guy. He works about eighteen hours a day and does almost all the work around here. He makes about $30 a week, pays his own room and board, and every Saturday night I buy him a bottle of Bacardi and a dozen Budweisers so he can cope with life. He even gets to sleep with my wife occasionally.”

The IRS agent frowned and said, “That’s the guy I want to talk to — the mentally challenged one.”

The tow company owner nodded and said, “That would be me. What would you like to know?”

Update on road conditions!

They are very wet.... I know after a Valentine's weekend it would be nice to have Monday off but that's not going to happen. Whatever you drove doing the ice and snow right now is a good time to get all that salt out from up underneath that vehicle. Go for a Sunday drive. Take care and be safe. 😊

Roads are still very slick throughout the county including my driveway. 😂

Just because the sun is out does not mean the roads are good. There is wrecks All over the county at this time.

Please stay at home it will save you from vehicle shopping later.

Now if you have a side by side or four wheeler go have fun just watch for other vehicles traveling on the roadways.

Stay safe and warm let the road crews do their thing.

Road condition update. If the roads have been plowed there will be a lot of slush and water and some very slick spots. As we go into night time everything is going to freeze and the roads are going to be treacherous tonight and tomorrow morning. If you have a four-wheel drive and know how to drive in the snow it's not too bad here throughout the day. But most of your secondary roads have at least 8 to 10 in of snow on them. Be safe and stay warm.

More pictures to come later. Just letting people know what is open. At this time Carlie C's is the only thing that is open in town. BP gas station will be opening very soon. Workers just arrived at the BP and getting the pumps turned on. We have 10 to 12 inches in the country. It is a light fluffy snow but as the roads get traveled more it's starting to get a little slick as the snow is packing down. Enjoy the day with family sled riding and making memories.

Road condition update! Sorry we don't have any pictures as of right now but we have been really busy with the ice on the secondary roads.🥶🧊 As people been driving on the sleet and snow that we had it has packed it down tight and is very very slippery. If you can stay on the main roads you'll be okay. But all the secondary roads will have everything from a little ice to a whole lot of ice. It might take you a little longer to get home but stay on the main roads and you should be okay. Be safe and stay warm.❄️🧊🥶

Here's something to sleep on about road conditions. Tomorrow morning at 6:00 a.m. the temperature is going to be 11° and with the road crew scraping the sleet and snow off the roads today, everything is going to be a sheet of ice (Black Ice) 🥶🧊so it's your call. I would stay at home and put another pot of coffee on until after lunch. Stay safe and stay warm.
