To Our Loyal Customers,
It is with heavy hearts that we share some difficult news.
For more than 23 years, Rimguard was built on one simple promise: to provide exceptional quality, outstanding customer service, and repairs you could trust. None of that would have been possible without the loyalty and support of our incredible customers. We are truly grateful for every dealership, business, and individual who trusted us with their vehicles over the years.
Three years ago, Ashley Hall sold Rimguard to Dent Wizard with the hope that the company would continue the legacy that had been built and remain a leader in the industry. Unfortunately, the new ownership chose to take the business in a different direction. Despite everyone’s best efforts, that vision never matched what made Rimguard successful for more than two decades.
At the end of April 2026, with no advance notice, Dent Wizard made the decision to permanently close the doors of Rimguard. Ashley worked tirelessly to negotiate and find a way to bring Rimguard back, but unfortunately those efforts were unsuccessful.
To every customer who supported us over the last 23 years, thank you. We are deeply sorry as this wasn’t the ending any of us wanted. It has been an honor to serve you, and we will always be grateful for the trust and relationships we’ve built along the way.
If you’re looking for a shop that shares the same commitment to quality, we’re happy to recommend Carolina Wheel Repair Brady, the owner, began his career with Rimguard more than 10 years ago before starting his own business in 2020. He offers mobile repair and has added a shop location in Raleigh as well. He and his team continue to produce the kind of high-quality work that we’ve always believed in, and we know you’ll be in good hands as a few of our long time Rimguard guys are now apart of his team.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for allowing us to be part of your lives for the past 23 years. Your loyalty and support meant everything to us, and we’ll never forget it.
