2024 UPDATE:
As first announced in a press release published by local media in November, Motor Mile management will not be promoting weekly series racing events at the speedway or dragway in 2024. However, management is open to exploring partnerships with outside promoters interested in bringing racing to Pulaski County Motorsports Park in 2024.

Promoters or groups interested in renting the speedway or dragway for racing events in 2024 are encouraged to submit a detailed proposal by email to [email protected].

Plans for a special event calendar promoted by Motor Mile management remain in the works, with details to be announced soon.

Our 2023 Championship Banquet will be held on October 1st, at the Randolph Park in Dublin, Va.

We hope to see all of our racers there, and we have some trophies, awards, and gifts to pass out to some folks that probably aren’t expecting anything. We want to thank everyone for their support of us, and if you could send myself or Kay a message that you will be attending the event, as we want to make sure we have ordered enough food!

We have plenty of space under the pavilion, so come on out with your family, and eat some food with us, rain or shine! Please see the info and the park address below on the flyer. We can’t wait to see you all there, and please share this, so that everyone knows when the banquet will be held.

For those of you that will be attending the Team Finals at Elk Creek, here is our updated roster. If you would like to be added/taken off of the roster please let me know.

•Per IHRA rules, If you have not raced in atleast 3 of our points races you will NOT be eligible to compete.

•If you have met the above criteria and need to purchase a new IHRA license, a member of the IHRA will be in contact with you OR you can purchase one at Elk Creek during the Team Finals.

•Some of you have asked about running in 2 classes… Per the IHRA rules that have just been posted you can run in 2 classes with the same car but you will need to be added to the roster for both classes. Please let me know if you would like to do this.

Keep in mind you MUST have participated in 3 of our points races and have a valid IHRA license to compete.

Everything lined up for us this weekend and our Championship Weekend turned out to be a huge success! On Friday Night we crowned our 2023 Champions for our Street class and our 5.95 & 6.95 Index classes. Saturday was a hot one, our racers and staff battled through the heat to run BOTH of our final points races to completion and we crowned champions for each of our Bracket Series classes. The complete race results and final points standings will be put up in a separate post.

Thank you so much to ALL of the racers and staff that stuck with me all year long, you guys are the best. I really enjoyed taking on this role and I will definitely miss it. To finish up our Bracket Series points standings highlights we have our Jr. Dragster Top 10!

Logan Moore holds the current points lead by 3 rounds over Milo Rasmussen. These 2 racers have been battling each other hard all year long. Maddie Winkle holds down the number 3 position and is ready to make her move to shake things up a little! We will see who comes out on top tomorrow!
