We have an annual space available.
Space 5 on the fence line, no live-ins, 10yr old rv or newer. Has rock pad and a grass side yard.
$2500 plus electric. Includes water, septic, trash, wifi, and access to the lake with launch ramp, 2 docks and cleaning station.
We are pet friendly as long as on a leash and you clean up after them. If you do not, we charge $50 for each mess to clean up. We handle all landscaping.
