What a wonderful Labor Day celebration at Sunset Resort!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for an afternoon of swimming, food, games, and plenty of laughter. It was wonderful seeing our guests and families come together and enjoy the holiday as a community.

Full-Time Lead Maintenance & Groundskeeper

Sunset Resort and 429 Marina & Resort are looking for a dependable, experienced individual to lead and manage maintenance and groundskeeping operations at both Lake Tawakoni properties.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and prioritizing maintenance needs across both parks
• Performing general property and building maintenance
• Troubleshooting and completing basic electrical repairs
• Locating and repairing minor water leaks on the grounds and inside buildings
• Mowing, w**d eating, landscaping, and general groundskeeping
• Operating and maintaining equipment, including zero-turn mowers and tractors
• Completing routine repairs and preventive maintenance
• Keeping both properties clean, safe, and looking their best
• Working independently, staying organized, and ensuring projects are completed properly and on time

The ideal candidate will be reliable, self-motivated, hands-on, and able to take the lead in managing the day-to-day maintenance needs of both properties.
