Activity Coordinator Position at Queen Valley RV Resort

Spend your winter in sunny Arizona and enjoy a rewarding seasonal opportunity in a vibrant 55+ community. Queen Valley RV Resort, located at 50 W. Oro Viejo Drive in Queen Valley, Arizona, is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic two-person team to serve as Activity Coordinators from October 2026 through mid-April. This role is perfect for retirees or semi-retired individuals who enjoy staying active, social, and engaged while helping create a warm and welcoming environment for our 55+ residents and guests.
As an Activity Coordinator, you will plan, organize, and lead a variety of fun and engaging recreational programs that bring people together and enhance the guest experience. Responsibilities include hosting activities, coordinating social events, and fostering a positive, community-oriented atmosphere throughout the resort. While experience in hospitality or event planning is helpful, it is not required - what matters most is a positive attitude, strong people skills, and a willingness to participate and connect with others. Your ability to work a flexible schedule may include some weekends, evenings, and holidays during the peak season.
Queen Valley RV Resort is nestled in the scenic Superstition Mountains of the Sonoran Desert, offering a peaceful setting with beautiful views and access to a wide range of amenities, including a clubhouse, swimming pool, pickleball courts, fitness room, library, activity hall, and more. Residents and guests enjoy nearby hiking trails, scenic drives, and outdoor recreation such as ATV riding and Jeep trails, all within reach of Arizona’s major attractions.
This is an on-site position requiring you to own your RV. We offer competitive hourly pay, a smoke-free workplace, and the opportunity to return each season.
