In response to recent vandalism of our laundry coinboxes we're taking a moment to elevate our security protocols, ensuring our laundry facility is a haven of safety and convenience for park residents, while we're temporarily adjusting access for anyone outside the park, ultimately creating a safer experience for everyone. We are open today, Christmas eve from 8-5. We will be closed Christmas day. We will be open regular hours, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.

Just wanted to give you all a quick update — Patties RV & Propane is temporarily closed after a fire incident on April 15, 2025. Luckily, everyone is safe 🙏 and we’re already hard at work planning our rebuild and renovation!

This is just a bump in the road, and we’re excited to use this chance to come back stronger, better, and fresher than ever! 💪✨
