RD Enterprises Team Lotus has collected over $2200 in donations to Shriners Hospital for the 2026 American British Reliability Run (ABRR)! This is the most that we have every received in our years of running the ABRR - Thank you to all the contributors.

We leave today, traveling to Morgantown PA for an overnight before officially beginning the ABRR on Friday. Heading south through Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia. We'll visit the Hagerstown Aviation Museum and Summit Point Motorsports Park before heading back home to Pennsylvania on Sunday.

You can still contribute to Shriners Hospital online but please contribute today, Thursday 10/15, if you want to add to the Team Lotus donation page. We're in the top 10 teams for contributions so far!

Just back from the LOONY Rendezvous at the Watkins Glen Grand Prix Festival - What a great event! Thanks to Tony and the entire LOONY team for organizing this weekend. We met up with some Lotus owners we’d never met before. The photos below don’t do justice to the event and I encourage you to attend if you can fit it into your schedule.
Linda and I used this event as a warmup for the upcoming ABRR and we drove 532 trouble free miles. The Elan is running very well. Our laps of the original Watkins Glen course were really fun, especially the three laps with the SVRA cars. Their pace car gave us the opportunity for a spirited drive!

Summer's winding down and autumn weather can't be far off. I'll be glad to see the heat and humidity depart.

And this time of year also brings back one of my favorite driving events: the American British Reliability Run (ABRR). Linda and I will be driving the Elan again this year and I'm hoping for good weather and Lots of Reliability from our Lotus. But most of all I'm hoping to raise over $1000 for Shriners Hospital for Children. Please do what you can to help us achieve this goal. It's easy to donate using the secure link on the ABRR website. This year Linda and I are especially proud that our son and grandson will be co-driving their Spitfire in the ABRR. Three generations!
And there are two other Elans entered in this years ABRR too, which must be a record! Three Elans out of 30 cars is a disproportionate number for our marque and I'm pretty proud of all the owners of vintage Lotus cars who continue to drive them!

One new part and one NOS part on our website now. We've got brand new chrome hub caps with the embossed Lotus emblem in stock @ $500.00/set of four (Ref. 26G0002). And we've found a few original NOS hazard rocker switches that were specified for the Federal Elan S4, Elan +2 and Europa. Brand new, never used and the black plastic is in very good condition. $75.00 each (Ref. 36M6336).
