We have decided to take an approach to our business that is different from traditional operating styles. We work hard to put your bikes first and take pride in our responsibility for them and you. This month marks 9 years of business for us. Those 9 years have been wild, happy, stressful, a blessing, and a success. We opened this place to work against the traditional grain and run it as a family and run it together. We have raised our kids here with you guys as the audience to our every day life. Many of you remember 2 year old Alli Rose riding her scooter around doing tricks and Kasen handing out “free” bags only to ask for $5 after he gave then to you 😂. So many times our kids will be homeschooling and one of you guys walk up to help them with their current math problem. Thank y’all for becoming our family!
I say all of this to emphasize that we are not making these changes lightly! We have reached a level of success where we need more help and unfortunately good help is hard to find. So we are going to do it differently. We hope you guys support us in this next chapter.
We are closing traditional business hours. The ultimate goal with this decision is to open more appointments and shift our focus to the bikes, our quality work, and our growing kids.
This will look like the following:
All appointments, orders, questions, pickups, drop offs, visits and technical help will now be handled and scheduled over the phone. The phones will be open Tuesday-Friday 9-4 and Saturday 9-12. We are hoping this is going to give me more time to have individual conversations, offer undivided attention to my customers when they need it and make it where I never miss another ball game or dance recital. We will have more flexibility for after hour pick-ups and appointments. There will be a learning curve with it for all of us. Pickups and drop offs will be by schedule only or with the utilization of the new drop off area that we are currently working on. We are not slowing down, we are getting bigger and better and offering more but we also want to remember why we started this business… our kids. Yall please be patient as these changes become routine. Call us! Have the conversation! Be patient with call backs, give Marie hell as usual and look forward to the new videos we have planned!
I do want to note….
We will be working behind closed doors. If you see the bay door open behind the closed fence, it is not meant for entry or yelling to get us to come out. It is open for airflow while we are working. This is not meant to sound ungrateful, it is in place to help us work more efficiently. If you get here and need help, call. We will assist you and get things handled over our open phone line.
These changes will be slowly going in effect over the next couple of weeks. Thank you all for supporting my family and we’re forever grateful we have established this level of clientele for these arrangements to be needed.
