📸 ari (auto recycler intelligence) hosted a two-day “Road to the Future” Yard Tour ahead of the URG 2026 Conference in Denver, Colorado in May.

The Yard Tour brought together automotive recycling professionals from across North America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the UK.

Our final stop was Daurio Auto Truck, where attendees were welcomed by Nick Daurio, Mike Daurio, Greg Daurio and the entire team for an inspiring look inside a proud three-generation family business.

To make the visit even more special, the Daurio team opened their doors to celebrate an incredible 69 years in business, putting on superb hospitality for our attendees and showcasing the passion, pride and community spirit that have defined the company for generations.

The “Road to the Future” Yard Tour was designed to foster collaboration, encourage knowledge sharing and showcase innovation across the automotive recycling industry.

Our goal was simple: create an opportunity for recyclers to step inside leading operations, exchange ideas, share best practices and learn from one another. There’s no better way to shape the future of our industry than by opening our doors and having honest conversations about what’s working and where we’re headed.
