Truly unbelievable that we’ve been able to reach 200 reviews without a single bad review.
I don’t say that because we’ve never dropped the ball—we have. I say it because of how rare something like this really is.
In business, a lot of things can go wrong. We certainly aren’t perfect, and we probably never will be. Sometimes things happen that are completely out of our control. But no matter what, we will always try our very best to put the customer first, take care of our people, and do what’s right. And somehow, doing the right thing has always resulted in great outcomes for us.
We wouldn’t be where we are today without our customers. The fact that people can drop their vehicle off with us and trust that they’re going to receive top-notch customer service and workmanship is truly a blessing.
A lot of people know our story, but many don’t.
Eddie and I started this journey together in 2023.
Before moving to Florida, I had already been running my own business for about 3½ years. I spent a year in Florida pursuing a new venture, and when I came back home, I was basically starting over from the ground up.
At the same time, Eddie had just walked away from a very successful 30+ year corporate career in the tire industry to take the leap into business ownership.
So there we were—me rebuilding everything I had started, while also helping Eddie transition into owning a business for the first time.
It was harder than hell. But we both knew that if we did this together, we could create something special.
My uncle and I have been extremely close my entire life. He’s honestly been more of a father to me than an uncle. So the fact that we’ve been able to build this business together and work side-by-side every day makes this milestone mean that much more.
Behind these 200 five-star reviews are long days, stressful days, mistakes, lessons learned, sacrifices, a lot of laughs, and a whole lot of hard work.
But most importantly, there are 200 customers who trusted us.
Thank you to every customer, friend, family member, and person in our community who has supported us along the way. Whether you’ve brought us your vehicle, recommended us to somebody, shared one of our posts, or simply told someone about our business—we appreciate you more than you know.
