🎃 October is more than spooky season! 🎃

This month, everyone at Laxton’s Auto Repair & Wrecker Service is proud to help bring awareness to several causes that impact our families, friends, coworkers, and communities.

💛 Slow Down, Move Over Awareness
🩷 Breast Cancer Awareness
💜 Domestic Violence Awareness
🩵 ADHD Awareness
💚 Substance Abuse Awareness

Whether it’s slowing down and moving over for someone working roadside, supporting someone fighting cancer, speaking up against domestic violence, understanding those whose minds work a little differently, or encouraging someone on the road to recovery — awareness matters.

From all of us at Laxton’s, stay safe, look out for one another, and have a great and spooky October! 🎃👻

⛽️ Due to the rising cost of fuel, Laxton’s Auto Repair & Wrecker Service would like to announce that we are officially exploring alternative sources of revenue.

At this point, we’re not saying we’re pimping ourselves out…

…but we ARE accepting offers. 😂😂

Diesel ain’t gonna buy itself.

Serious inquiries only. Cash preferred. 🤣

🇺🇸 WE REMEMBER. WE HONOR. WE WILL NEVER FORGET. 🇺🇸

On September 11, 2001, our nation was changed forever.

Today, Danieley’s joins our community and our country in remembering the innocent lives lost, the families forever changed, and the brave men and women who answered the call when our nation needed them most.

We honor every firefighter, police officer, EMT, military member, and civilian who showed incredible courage and selflessness that day.

25 years later, their stories live on, their sacrifices matter, and their memory will never fade.

I’m the son of a tow truck man,
Raised by calloused, steady hands.
He taught me that strength isn’t loud—
It’s showing up when others can’t.

While the world was sleeping sound,
He answered every midnight call.
Rain or snow, day or night,
He gave his best and gave his all.

His office was the open road,
Amber lights against the dark.
Every wreck, every recovery,
He left a piece of his heart.

I learned that hard work builds a name,
And character outlasts fame.
You earn respect by what you do,
Not by fortune or by name.

So if you ask me who I am,
I stand a little taller because
I’m the son of a tow truck man—
Raised by courage, grit, and love.

His boots were worn, his hands were rough,
His sacrifices rarely seen.
But everything I am today
Was built by what those hands have been.

I’ll always wear that title proud,
No matter where this life may lead.
Because being the son of a tow truck man
Is a legacy few truly see.
