Honda 400EX brought to us for an ultrasonic carb clean, rebuild, and tune. Also needs a new set of top end gaskets primarily valve stem seals as it burns oil. We will run a compression test, and closely inspect the top end as it comes apart! We will get this iconic quad back to its former glory 💪

Few more parts that are going into the 2000 Yamaha YZ426F frame up build! The powder coating from EK Powders turned out absolutely perfectly. Such a cool color! Of course we HAD to go with a set of purple Renthal TwinWalls with matching ODI lock-on grips! Holding this entire bike together will be Specbolt Fasteners Wurks-Nickel fasteners! Now that is some good looking hardware!!!
On top of everything else the bike will be getting all new chassis bearings throughout. New steering stem bearings set, New swingarm bearings, New linkage bearings, New upper, and lower shock bearings, and all new wheel bearings. Will also be installing new front and rear brake pads, rebuilding the front+rear brake master cylinders, and rebuilding the front+rear brake calipers all tied together with new braided steel brake lines. This one is going to be one bad unit when it's finished!

2003 Yamaha Grizzly 660 brought to us for: Full service(air/oil/fuel filters, engine/driveline oils, spark plug, valve check/adjustment, chassis grease) needs a new oil temp sensor/thermosensor, fuel petcock replacement, ultrasonic carb clean+rebuild, clutch service, inspection, and drive belt replacement. The front ends needs an alignment (pulls to the right). The owner has also asked us to remove the radiator relocate kit and install an original radiator and electric fan.
We will get this unit fixed up and running right!!
