When we ask you to drop your car before or by 8/9 AM - this is NOT an appointment
Also , if you are on the schedule for ANY repair please give us until the end of the business day -5:30
Do NOT expect to have by a certain time unless you request and it is agreed and understood between both parties.. You are responsible to make arrangements on how to travel while your vehicle is in the shop . We try our best every day to accommodate our customers but we need you to understand that we have more than one appointment per day .

We ask- that you have it here early morning so it’s available when we can pull it into the garage
We ask- that you give us til end of business day (5:30)
