Northland ECM in Princeton, MN fixes diesel engine computers at the board level. Cat, Cummins, Detroit. We're hiring a PCB repair tech.
If you've got a stereo scope and a hot air station at home and you've reflowed a BGA for fun, this is your kind of work. Every day is a different dead ECM. Find the shorted driver, lift the pad, replace the part, flash it, test it on the bench rig.
What you need: steady hands under a microscope, a multimeter you trust, and the patience to chase a fault through a schematic. We'll teach you the ECMs. You'll work next to an AI assistant that handles the paperwork and the lookups so you stay on the bench.
Full time, weekdays, Princeton. $28 to $40 an hour depending on what you can already do. Health plan.
Apply at northlandecm.com/careers, or message this page with a photo of your bench.
