What an incredible week and weekend it's been, filled with hard work and determination from my team and me! We are aware of the post that was made earlier today regarding our shop. We understand frustrations can arise during automotive repairs, especially when a customer depends on their vehicle for transportation.

At True Torque Performance & Repair, we do our best to handle every situation professionally and communicate openly with our customers throughout the repair process.

In this particular situation, the customer chose to pick up the vehicle before the agreed repairs were completed. We understand the frustration surrounding delays, and we acknowledge that extended repair times can be inconvenient. However, the vehicle was released at the customer’s request prior to completion of the work.

We remain committed to standing behind our work and continuing to serve our community professionally. We appreciate everyone who has supported our business and trusted us with their vehicles.
