Late evening resurface and .040 step removal. Good OEM head cores are nice to find. Cleaned 4 sets to find this pair.

Some late bay window bus frame mounts to use early bay bus engine mounts and mustache bar to use a type 1 engine. Still need some clean up and paint but it fits.

40hp heads fresh 3 angle seat 46° face in the valves getting all new springs retainers and keepers (heads set on a shelf for 30+ years)

Little tuning action on 1915cc I built for this buggy about 5-6years ago he finally got the rest of the car together, aluminum case, 69 cw/weld up crank, Norris 407s cam, 042 40x35.5 valved heads, lightened fly wheel, forged mahle 94's. Time to let'r rip....

I don't always do just vw, autolite 4100 4bbl carb I cleaned up/rebuilt for a customer (gotta find a automatic choke housing and air cleaner stud out of the private stash)
