📣 BIG NEWS FROM POTTS’ AUCTION BARN!

Many of you noticed the new addition during today’s auction, and we’re excited to officially introduce the Potts Pavilion! Located directly across from the auction barn, this new 40’ x 60’ pavilion will give us room to expand our flea markets and welcome even more vendors!

We still have a few things to finish before the pavilion is ready, but we’re making plans to extend our flea market season beyond January through March.

Here’s what to expect:

Starting in January, flea markets will be held inside the main auction barn through the colder months. If weather permits, we may open outdoor spaces during that time.

Once spring arrives, we plan to open both the auction barn and the Potts Pavilion, with flea markets continuing into Fall. When colder weather returns, we’ll move back inside the main auction barn.

Indoor vendor spaces will be limited during the colder months, but with both buildings open, we estimate room for 70 vendors or more!

Vendor rates will also be changing. We’ll be moving from the donation system to a flat fee for the weekend:

• Inside the auction barn: $30 per weekend
• Under Potts Pavilion: $20 per weekend
• Each vendor will be required to bring their own tables. If you are unable to bring tables some will be available to rent for $5 each for the weekend.

We know many of you appreciated the donation system. As we expand, these fees will help cover the expenses of keeping the flea markets running. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.

As for auctions, we’ll be putting our regular auction schedule on hold to focus on the flea markets. We still plan to hold occasional auctions, and any upcoming sales will be announced here.

We’re excited about this next chapter and look forward to seeing The Potts Pavilion filled with vendors and shoppers! Stay tuned for more details as we get everything ready!

Hey everyone! Sorry for the late sale update.

Our next auction is Saturday, October 3! Doors open at 8 AM, and the sale starts at 10 AM. We’ll have a little bit of everything, so come see what you can find!

We accept cash, checks, and cards. There is a 3.5% charge on card payments. As always, there’s no buyer’s premium, and concessions will be available on site.

We’ve also got some exciting news to share soon, so keep an eye out for another post. Hope to see you Saturday!
