An ongoing roof leak had become a frustrating problem for the owners of this 2024 Grand Design Reflection 337RLS. Previous attempts to stop the leak by resealing the roof seams had not solved the issue, leaving them without confidence that the roof was truly protected.

We removed the existing roofing system and applied a seamless FlexArmor roof designed to eliminate the vulnerable seams that often lead to recurring leaks. The project also included replacing one exhaust fan and installing a metal edge cap for a clean, finished appearance.

Here’s the finished look.

This 2004 National Class A came through the shop for some important upgrades, and now it’s sealed up and ready for the road. In this walkaround, you can see the clean, seamless finish that FlexArmor is known for… no exposed seams, no loose components, and no weak points left behind.

We removed and terminated outdated antennas, eliminated unnecessary roof pe*******ons, replaced the outer skylight lens, and made sure everything up top was solid and watertight before spraying. The result is a roof that’s not only built to last, but built to protect.

Not every RV that comes into the shop has major issues… but that doesn’t mean there aren’t important upgrades to take care of.

This 2004 National Class A was a great example of that.

During the process, we removed and properly terminated the old TV antenna and FM antenna, cleaned up unnecessary roof components, and addressed potential leak points. We also removed the air horns and replaced the outer skylight lens to ensure everything on the roof was solid, sealed, and ready for the long haul.
