At Corky’s we have chosen to maintain a full time service department and not depend on contractors who may or may not be accountable for the work they perform. Our shortest term service employee has been with us 16 years, and we feel our money is better invested in superior customer service rather than any amount of advertising we could do. In 2002 we became interested in building true modular homes for our customers and our modular division, Creekside Builders, was established. We now represent two of the oldest and best modular manufacturers in the country. With hundreds of plans and designs to choose from, we still welcome and enjoy your customization of our modular homes. Our display center, located on 6 acres in Prattville, AL, has many homes to view. We have modular and manufactured homes so you can compare which is the right decision for you and your family. The majority of our manufactured homes are custom plans we have designed which cannot be found elsewhere.
