Spectrum is having there monthly outage today. So our phones are not working at the moment but we are here. Since the update they did on the July 15th internet has dropped daily but today we have lost everything so guessing it the normal outage.

As most of you have seen us post many times Spectrum has constant issues with service. Well to let everyone know ahead of time tomorrow 7/15/26 they are doing upgrades and say service can be disrupted for up to 10 hours. We will be here so if for some reasons the phones do not work keep trying or come by. Its pretty normal for this to happen anyways with them so a lot of you already know the drill.

We will monitor business on July 3rd and may have an early closing if things are slow. A lot of our customers will be closed on the 3rd for the holiday as well as all of our warehouses. We will update this post if that takes place.

We try to be as transparent as we can be and share as much information with our customers as we can. I won't post the whole boring email I just received blaming everything going on in the middle east for whats coming. We already knew it was going to happen anyways but here is the main point of the email.

Effective April 1, 2026, pricing will increase as follows:

Oil & Lubricants up to 16%
Washer Fluid up to 9%
DEF up to 10%

We have a fair amount of stock on all of these items so we should be able to keep the prices where they are until we run out and have to reorder. We will try to order extra as well to delay it as long as we can. We will do our best to shop around and get the best prices we can to pass along to our customers.

Spectrum is well being Spectrum. Instead of the regular every other month outage we are having mini outages thats been going on the last few business days. The phone and internet will drop for 2 to 5 minutes. Its done it 5 or 6 times today alone. So if you try to call and don't get an answer this is why. If you do get through and we lose you its not us its them. If we paid them like they service us I would imagine we would already be cut off. They don't have an issue going up on price and down on service it appears. As a matter of fact when I hit to post this post its down again so I will have to wait until its back up to even do that. Central Access I am to the point of begging if that helps.

Happy New Year. The new year schedule will work the same as Christmas. We will be closed New years day and we will work according to traffic flow on new years eve. We will keep everyone updated here on any hour changes.

In retail its always difficult to work around holidays especially when they are in the middle of the week. We have some customers that will take the day before and day of and others that will take the day of and the day after and some that will take all of it. With that said we will be closed Christmas day. We will open Christmas eve. If its slow we will leave early. Same goes for the day after Christmas. We will return to normal hours on Sat. Dec. 27th. We will try to keep everyone updated here. We hope everyone has a wonderful and delightful Christmas.
