Job Opportunity: Automotive Technician (Self-Starter, No Warranty Work & Weekends Off!)

Equipment and Work Environment:
Our shop is fully outfitted to support you in doing your best work, including:
• 3/8 and 1/2 Snap-On electronic torque wrenches
• R1234yf AC machine
• Snap-On transmission jack
• Recently upgraded tire machine
• Heated shop for year-round comfort
Key Responsibilities:
• Show up for work on time, clean, and professionally dressed.
• Perform a variety of automotive repairs and maintenance tasks with quality and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Repair shop equipment and perform scheduled maintenance as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service, including assisting with check-out when needed.
• Commit to continuous learning, completing at least one training course per month.
Qualifications:
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently.
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
• Customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
• Must have 3 years experience working in a shop environment.
• Must have own tools.
• Must pass a skills test as part of the hiring process.
Compensation:
Pay will be based on experience and performance on a skills test. We’re willing to offer a highly competitive package for the right candidate.
