Started off with a driver side spring repair. While suspended on frame stands the curbside spring snapped. Was extremely unexpected and loud.

Giving a big shout out to “Hessheimer's Beverage Truck & Trailer Body Service”, he turned this hood into artwork after 10 months of waiting for the factory hood to even be started. I would recommend this shop for body work. Did an amazing job and came out looking better than factory. We were able to deliver this truck back to its owner looking like it never was in a collision.

Even with all the preventative maintenance… you can’t catch everything. Big shout out to Boecker’s Wreckers for getting my truck picked up and dropped off over 60 miles away at an amazing price. Highly recommend this guy. Every dealing we do, he is great to work with. Another shout out to my driver “Shannon Castro” for catching it almost immediately, which in turn caused no harm to the engine. We were able to locate the parts and get it back on the road. What a tight squeeze, I may need to lose some weight to do that again.

Here is a rotted out timpte transverse beam that we removed and installed new. The original on the ‘03 was a sealed beam which caused them to rust out from the inside and the new one that we installed have a small opening on both sides which helps with condensation and rot.

Performing a D.O.T. inspection and found a recently installed can located in the wrong position. Brake systems that are improperly installed or poorly maintained can reduce the braking capacity and stopping distance.
