Kingdom Automotive LLC Is Introducing ASBAI Program For End Of Current Season.
The Absolute Sealed Bid Auction In-House For Our As Is Back-Lot Inventory.
The Auction will have one to multiple units offered for purchase according to the availability of Our Back-Lot As-Is Inventory.
This Sealed Auction Purchasing Process will be 48HRS per offering Every Time It Goes Live, No-Exceptions, And Winner Will Be Notified By Email.
Our By-Laws, Rules & Requirements For Participation.
Preview & Pre-Inspection of Vehicles /Items For Sale Will Be Available At Start Of Auction With-In The 48HR Allotted Time, Coinciding With Our Live Video Post Description Of The Current Offering Bid-Item On Our Social Media Platforms.
Also All Physical Pre-Inspection Viewing At Our Location Will Require Identification Preferably Government Issued, For All Registered, Verified Serious Bidders & Their Representatives. This Will Only Be Permitted With-In Our Office Business Hours No-Exceptions, With A 2HR Cut-Off Time Prior To Business Closing.
All Inventory In The ASBAI Program All The Items/ Vehicles Are Been Offered As Sealed-Bids, As-Is No Warranties, No Arbitrations On All Offerings, All Sales Are Final.
Management Will Have Absolute Control In Administering & Running The Auction With Prompt Communication With The Participating Bidders/ Buyers.
Bidding Process:
(i) Not All Offerings For Sale/ Bidding Will Be The Same.
(ii) Some Vehicles /Items Will Have Floor Price’s Indicated Before Initial Bids At Start Of Auctions At the Discretion Of Management.
(iii) Some Vehicles /Items The Bidders/ Buyers Will Be Free To Start & Initiate The Bids By Submitting Their Initial Bids/Offers & Waiting For Response From Management.
(iv) Some Vehicles /Items Will Have A Buy Now Price Indicated When Auction Goes Live. But Will Be Pulled If Bidder/Buyer Commits To Buy. Committing To Offering Full Price Of Buy Now Price & Avoiding The 48HR Bidding Period. In-Turn Bringing Sale To Closure.
(v) All Bidding To All Offerings Will Be In Increments Of $100 Per Each Bid Submitted During Process, Management Will Promptly Communicate & Inform Bidders/ Buyers When They’re Out-Bid.
(vi) All Buyers/ Bidders Can Submit A One Time High Bid Without The Smaller Increments Of $100 & Indicate During Submission That This Is Their Highest One Time Bid With-in The 48HR Offering Bidding Period.
Note:
Management Also Has The Discretion, Authority & Can Pause, Stop Or Entirely Cancel The Auction/ Bidding Process If There’s Detection Of Fraudulent Activity Through the Practice Of Shadow Bidding or Any Other Unfair Practices.
Any Prospective Buyers/ Bidders Involved In Corrupt Or Unfair Bidding/ Purchasing Practices Will Be Banned From Future Participation In Auctions, Sales & Offerings From Us. We Will Not Do Any Business With You.
Interested Parties Are Required To Submit Your Name, Address Plus Identification With The Sealed Bids Via DM on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Txt & Email with a $85.00 Non-Refundable Registration & Processing Fee For Each And Current Auction That Goes Live At Every Sale, No-Exceptions.
Plus There’s An Additional $350 Security Deposit Fee For Every Current Live Item/Vehicle That’s Been Auctioned For Active Bidding and Participation, For Eligibility & Commitment to the Bidding Process.

**Please Be Aware To Be In The ASABAI Program At Any Given Time It Goes Live For Any Participation, Involvement, Active Bidding, The Non-Refundable Registration Fee Of $85 & Refundable Deposit Fee $350 Per Bid Item Is Required Prior/ Before Sale. No Exceptions.
All Fees Have To Be Received & Processed In-House With Receipt Acknowledgement By Management.
***Once Upon Reception Of All The Registration Requirements, Registration Fee & Security Deposit Fee One Will Be Considered & It will Acknowledged By All Parties Involved As A Legal & Bidding Commitment To Entering A Sales & Purchase Contract In The Allotted 48HR Time Of Purchase (Bidding Time Period).*** When The Sale Goes Live.
The Security Deposit Fee For The Winner & Winning Bid Will be Applied To The Final Purchase Price.

**Also The $350.00 Security Deposit Is Refundable For Un-Successful Winners, You Will Know When Your Unsuccessful At The End Of The 48HR Auction Period By Prompt Reimbursement Of Your Security Deposit, The Same Way You Submitted The Funds Unless Making Early and Different Prior Arrangements With Management.
Full Settlement Of Total Amount For The Final Winner/ The Highest Bid Is Required Immediately & Prompt After The 48Hr Close of Auction With-In Regular Business Hours No-Exceptions.

We & Our Parties Will Not Assume Or Accept Any Responsibility Or Be Held Liable For Any Damages, Theft, Act Of God Or Any Other Thing That Might Occur To Sold Items/ Property While Awaiting Removal From Location.
After The Lapse /End Of 24HR Grace Moving Period, If The Sold Item/Property Is Not Removed The Purchaser/ Owner Will Be Charged/ Incur A $100 Storage Fee Daily No-Exception.
All The Additional Storage & Extra Fees Will Be Due On-Demand Daily With All Payments Due Before Close Of Business Hours. Failure To Adhere To Submitting The Daily Storage Fee Will Result In Total Forfeiture, Cancellation Of Entire Sale As Per Item (e) In The Bottom Paragraph /Sentence.
After 24Hr Grace Moving Period The Purchaser/ Owner Has A Total Of 96HRS or 4DAYS To Pay All Storage Fees Inquired Plus An Additional $750 Restocking Fee. If No Monies Are Received The Whole Transaction Sale & Acquisition Process Will be Deemed Canceled And Nullified. Purchaser Will Lose The Purchased Property, All The Monies Already Paid & Will Be Banned From All Future Offerings. In Addition Management Will Pursue All Legal Channels & Avenues To Recover Any Future Incidentals Not Covered By The Fees.
