***Update***
Officers have located the parents and returned the child safely. Thank you to the stellar citizen who noticed a child in danger and took swift action to avoid a tragedy. See something, say something!

As the child has been returned safe, their photograph has been removed from this post.

***Child Found***
This young child was found alone on East Kitty Hawk Road and US158 by citizens. We are out with them now trying to find the parents and get her safely home.
