Customer states: “Makes a weird noise on startup” 😅

Turns out the belt wasn’t the only problem.

A cracked power steering pump was allowing the pump to move around, which shredded part of the belt. Then we found the power steering pump mounting bolt had broken off in the engine block.

To fix it properly, we had to access the broken bolt, extract it, rethread the mounting holes, install a new power steering pump, and finish it off with a new belt.

Sometimes the symptom is obvious… the actual problem isn’t.

Kincer Bronco in the shop 🔥

These Broncos are built using a complete Kincer chassis and drivetrain package, paired with a classic Bronco body for the best of both worlds. This one is powered by a Ford 5.0 and is just as impressive underneath as it is on the outside.

It’s currently in for rear axle seals after a leak was found, so the rear axle is out while we get it taken care of.

Under the hood sits an LS3 topped with a Magnuson supercharger, and the custom work doesn’t stop there. From the dashboard to the seats, this build has been transformed inside and out.

Definitely not your average Impala.
