HEAT EXCHANGER SEASON HAS ARRIVED!!
Antonini Radiator Inc, cleans and repairs all styles, materials, and types of industrial heat exchangers used in manufacturing, food processing, agricultural, and mining industries.

Here are a few "large" units, each weighing about 800 lbs!

With the price of copper and brass, rebuilding these unit are a much better alternative than new!!

Recently completed radiator restoration of Ron Mayberry's vintage USAC DIRT CHAMP CAR. Radiator was recorded with a high-efficiency copper-brass, baffled, core, new inlet, outlets installed.
The list of drivers who took this car to victory is impressive!!

Antonini Radiator, Inc, can repair all types, and sizes of aluminum cooling system components-- from small atv, motorcycle radiators to large air charged coolers, radiators, and oil coolers like the one pictured used in the construction and mining industries. Specialty welding procedures, and oxy- acetylene, fiber rods, (plastic welding) techniques are used.

WERE FINALLY BACK UP AND RUNNING AGAIN. Antonini Radiator, Inc was shut down for 3 weeks due to covid. 2 people were hospitalized, 1 was bed- ridden, everything was a mess. We r all still breathing, trying to get normalized again, and back to full strenght. Thanks to our customers for their concern and understanding thru that crisis. Thanks for all the " get well" wishes and check-ups. Im glad that ANTONINI RADIATOR, INC. is considered more than just a business to many, but more importantly a friendship!!! Im glad that after 30 yesrs in business we can call most customers friends more than business associates!!

Heres one that realy p****es me off!!! I have been using the same gasket compound for the last 50+ years---- permatex " INDIAN HEAD GASKET SHELLAC". Just got some in today--- notice the difference. They took the " permatex chief" off the bottle, and lost the name " indian head".

When someone has to change something as ridiculous as a plastic bootle with a killer toxin in it cause it has a picture of an indian on it, it shows you the stupidity we will bow down to.

Before and after pics of a gigantic wood chipper radiator, charged air cooler (cac) combo. Original hit with fan, replaced radiator core, and repaired cac. Very heavy, tough job. When standing upright, it exceeds our 16' chain hoist max height.

Something you dont see a lot of around here--- a komatsu loader radiator with a "mesabi" tubed core. Mesabis are big in the oil drilling industry, and some big mining operations. The radiator tubes are held in place by rubber grommets, and every tube is individual. The theory is, if a tube leaks, an on- site repair can be done by taking that tube out with out removing entire radiator, for less down-time. Used to do a lot of these for bethlehem mines, limestone division. Theory never really worked that good, by the time we would service them, they needed a lot more than a few tubes. They were very big units-- about 14' high by 6 wide with about 1000 tubes in them. I really was never a fan of mesabis-- some companies really like them cause of the theory-- my personal belief is i can put a more efficient, cleaner flow core in there so it wont fail. This "little guy@, as mesabis go, needed a very good cleaning and some moderate repairs .

WARRANTY INFORMATION:

ANTONINI RADIATOR, INC.

This warranty is Antonini Radiator, Inc.'s basic warranty. Other warranties such as the "Limited Lifetime Warranty" may also apply. Please call for details.

ANTONINI RADIATOR, INC. LIMITED WARRANTY

This radiator, cooling system component, or other serviced product (i.e. fuel tanks, gas tanks, heaters, rollers, dryers, cylinder heads, condensers, engine parts, etc.), herein known as the component, serviced by Antonini Radiator, Inc. is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days if repaired, or one (1) year from the original invoice date if new (recored or new complete component or radiator, unless otherwise specified in writing). Original sales receipt must accompany all claims and is limited to the original purchasing individual. In the event of a failure due to a defect in material or workmanship, the purchaser shall be responsible only for the cost of labor, antifreeze, and any additional parts required to complete removal and reinstallation of radiator or component. This warranty covers only the component serviced by Antonini Radiator, Inc. up to an amount equal to the original purchase price based on the invoice received at time of purchase from Antonini Radiator, Inc. or original intent of the serviced component.

This warranty does not apply to any product which shall have been repaired or altered other than by Antonini Radiator, Inc. in any way so as, in the judgment of Antonini Radiator, Inc., to affect its stability, nor which has been subject to misuse, negligence or operating conditions in excess of those for which the radiator or component was designed. This warranty does not cover the effects of physical or chemical properties of water or steam or other liquids or gases used in the component. Also, the cost of labor and any additional parts and antifreeze required to complete and perfect the cooling system, radiator, or other component, or environment in which the component is a part of, are not covered by this warranty. Engine failure, vehicle failure, or other system failure, or the results of any other component failure, because of neglect, misuse or system design, by vehicle operator, or other, with refusal to respect cooling system warnings and alarms or other devices, or mis-engineered systems, are not covered by this warranty.

This warranty does not apply to radiators or components that have failed from excessive external corrosion. If the radiator or component fails due to a defect in materials and workmanship, the defective radiator or component only must be presented to Antonini Radiator, Inc. exclusively to verify the cause of the failure and make proper adjustments.

The repair or replacement as originally intended shall be the sole and exclusive remedy to which Antonini Radiator, Inc. is obligated and to which the purchaser is entitled. Antonini Radiator, Inc. shall not be held liable for any consequential or incidental damages of any kind resulting from the use of its products. Damages may include, but are not limited to, reimbursement of the original purchase price, loss of the use of the vehicle, loss of time or convenience, towing charges, rental of a replacement vehicle, and any other special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.

Antonini Radiator, Inc.'s product warranty shall be free from all defects in material and workmanship limited herein and shall be in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness, and all such express or implied warranties are hereby disclaimed.

Antonini Radiator, Inc. does not cover damage caused by any of the following: improper installation or maintenance from obvious abuse, stripped threads on oil cooler lines, transmission oil lines or drain c***s, damaged connections by heat or use of excessive force or blown radiator tanks by over pressurization due to a faulty radiator cap or engine compression or exhaust leak.

This warranty is not transferable and is automatically canceled in the event that the vehicle in which the component has been installed in is sold, leased or otherwise transferred to another owner. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. This warranty takes effect upon acceptance of the component furnished by Antonini Radiator, Inc., and upon acceptance of the agreement to these terms, is understood and binding. Acceptance of component establishes acceptance of this warranty. Antonini Radiator, Inc. does not provide cash refunds and warranty is only applicable if the failed component is returned to Antonini Radiator, Inc.
