We are looking to add an office assistant at Slifko Service Center

This is a full time position

Monday-Friday
8:30am-5pm

Paid Every Friday with one holding week
Legal Holidays paid after 90 days

Must be able to work independently and be self starter.

Job duties would include but not limited to

Answering/Making phone calls to customers and Vendors

Ordering parts online or calling

Verifying,labeling and organizing part orders when they arrive

Managing certain stock items

Putting certain stock items away

Properly present your self and the company while dealing with Customers, Vendors & Staff

Would be beneficial to have prior Automotive knowledge but not necessary. We will train you on our processes and get you up to speed either way

In order to apply

Must be able to lift up to 50lbs infrequently but must be capable

Have a valid drivers license

Know how to efficiently use a computer or tablet and cell phone

Able to work in a fast paced environment

Pay rate and sick/vacation time to be discussed at time of interview
