Introducing Marcus Dixon from the Leadership TriCounty Class of 2025!

Marcus is the Plant Financial Controller at Dana Incorporated. “Our team at the Dana Pottstown location resembles our company slogan ‘People Finding a Better Way’.”

He enjoys interacting with all the different functions of the plant (operations, engineering, quality, safety and HR), and helping each function understand the finances and how it applies to what they do.

The most memorable lesson Marcus has learned so far through Leadership TriCounty- “Leaders are not just those who are in charge, a good leader respects others.” He looks forward to meeting professionals in his local area and growing his network.

Introducing Kirsten Aiken from the Leadership TriCounty Class of 2025!

Kirsten is the Senior DOS Analyst at Dana Incorporated. “In my role as Senior DOS Analyst, I work with continuous improvements. These improvements take place on the shop floor with the associates. I enjoy getting their opinions and assistance on projects that they will benefit from.”

Through the Leadership TriCounty Program, Kirsten is looking forward to learning how she can build her leadership skills along with building professional relationships in Dana’s own community.

Kirstens most memorable experience so far: “creating and memorizing a leadership statement gave me a clear goal to work towards. Of who I am and who I want to be as a leader. Jenna has brought in some remarkable Leader guest speakers that have been able to share their own personal journeys to the class. I have been able to take away important values from each of these people.”
