We just made dropping off and picking up your vehicle at Hardline 4x4 a whole lot easier. Our new 24/7 secure key drop & pickup station is officially up and running!

🌙 Dropping off after hours?
Fill out one of the provided envelopes, place your key inside, and securely drop it into the box.

🔐 Picking up after hours?
We now have individual, combination-locked key compartments. Once your vehicle is ready and payment is taken care of, we can provide you with your locker number and unique code so you can grab your keys when it works for you.

No rushing across town before we close. No rearranging your entire day just to drop off or pick up your vehicle.

It's a small shop upgrade, but one we're really excited about because it gives our customers a lot more flexibility. 🙌

Built to work. Upgraded to handle more. 💪

This 2025 Chevrolet Colorado Trail Boss came through Hardline 4x4 for an Eibach PRO-TRUCK-LIFT Stage 2R suspension upgrade — and judging by these pictures, it definitely isn't spending its life in a parking lot.

The goal wasn't just to change the way the truck looks. A properly set up suspension gives a working truck more capability and confidence when the pavement ends — while still keeping it practical for everyday driving.

And this Colorado went right back to work.

Before this 2021 Jeep Wrangler Sport headed west to tackle Moab, it came through Hardline 4x4 for a complete pre-trip checkout and some much-needed attention.

We went through the Jeep, installed a Clayton front track bar and new front sway bar end links, checked the front hub, addressed tire clearance in the rear, greased the ball joints and driveshafts, replaced the power steering return hose, checked the parking brake concern, and finished it up with an alignment.

Then it was time for the fun part. 😎

Our customer sent us these photos from Moab, and THIS is what we love seeing — a Jeep we had in the shop back home actually out there doing Jeep things.

This Super Duty is getting a serious suspension upgrade with a Carli 5.5" Backcountry System paired with a 3" Full Progressive Leaf Pack.

The goal isn’t just more height. A properly designed suspension setup is about getting the stance you want while improving how the truck handles, rides, and performs both on the road and when the pavement ends.

There’s a whole lot of Carli sitting on that pallet — and it’s all going on this truck. 👀

We’ll share the finished result once we get her back on the ground.

From the shop to the summit!

Check out these incredible photos sent in by our customer from their recent trip over Imogene Pass in Colorado, driving their 2018 Jeep Wrangler JK Unlimited Rubicon.

Sitting at an elevation of 13,114 feet, Imogene Pass is the highest mountain pass in the San Juan Mountains and the second-highest vehicular crossing in all of Colorado. It’s rugged, breathtaking, and exactly the kind of terrain a Rubicon was built to tackle.

We love seeing the builds we work on out in the wild doing what they were made to do.
