We promised a service truck and we will deliver. It's not your average rig as this is our own "homer". He's a 1970 dodge w200 power wagon that I've had since summer of 2018 and just finished a 5 year drivetrain rebuild. This is the first iteration of him with lots more to come. Currently working on plumbing in the on board air system and full battery bank system full of all sorts of 12v goodies for anything we may need

Sometimes a customers vehicle is unable to make it to us, so we go to you. We are mobile and capable of just about anything over the road. Knocked out a lift kit install on this 84 k5 blazer as well as some other drivabilily issues.

We are currently working on a fully equipped service truck to better suite our customers needs. Stay tuned as we are nearing completion on the intial setup of it

Figured it was time for another update on our 70 w200 shop truck "homer", over the winter we went a little crazy. Acquired some later model axles to get better gearing and most importantly a disc brake front axle, we didn't stop there though. Both axles were stripped down to bare housings, cleaned and painted, stuffed with new USA made timken bearings and seals, all oem hardware from dana spicer. Decided we might as well build them once so we opted for disc brakes out back, high steer knuckles with crossover steering, power steering conversion using a toyota steer gear, hydroboost brakes and probably many other things I already forgot about but the biggest thing is we finally secured a pretty sweet vintage oem dodge service bed for him so look for that update in the coming weeks. We are gearing up more towards mobile repair at this point due to limited working space at this time.

We look forward to working with everyone in the future with any projects you may have for us

We've been pretty quite for a while but don't worry we have been busy with something that is very close to us, "homer" our 1970 dodge w200 shop truck. Unfortunately life got in the way for a while (3.5 years to be exact) and the truck fell to the back burner. This summer we finally dusted it off and started working on it again. Got the transmission pulled to replace the clutch after a failed seal soaked it in gear oil, while the trans was out we went ahead and rebuilt and resealed it as well as resealed the entire engine. New bushings and linkages throughout for the clutch. Figured while we had it this far might as well do the same for the transfer case, waiting on a few things before it can get buttoned up (twin stick shift rails, bushings and some shims. Along with the truck being parked we pulled the dash for some repairs from previous years being cut apart and random holes drilled for mounting. Much more to come in the coming months including power steering conversion, disc brakes and who knows what else.

Sorry for the long post but figured we'd give an update on how things were going over here.

Sometimes maintenance doesn't always go according to plan. Unfortunately this rig had some major shrapnel go through the oil system and wipe out the bearings. This is only one of the rod bearing the oil pump is wasted and pan is full of nice shiney bearing bits. Gonna throw a new pump at it and hope we can limp it by until we can source a new long block for the ole girl.

Got this heater core knocked out for our customer after a few hiccups along the way (sealing gaskets to the body were in horrible shape and not sealing anymore). Got it all sealed up with some new foam seal and reinstalled. Now to tear into the bottom end and swap out the oil pump and rear main.

Getting this heater box dropped out of a customer's jeep cherokee xj to replace heater core as well as some other preventive maintenance with the oiling and cooling system. Fear not about dropping the dash in your mopar product and let us drop it for you and get that pesky leaking heater core fixed for you.

Getting started on a little project to help us with any mobile repairs we may need to tackle. Going to be outfitting this toolbox to be a full off grid power box. 2000w inverter with it's own battery supply charged with the oem alternator (and maybe solar), onboard air, anderson quick connects to make jump starts much easier. Plus much more as we continue with this build.

Unfortunately the malar autoworks family will not be in the car d lane cruise this year due to some major setbacks on the shop fish (broken, hard to source parts) but we will still be attending. Hopefully next year we will be back and possibly with more of our mopar fleet.
