I just want to remind everybody that it is very hot out and all of my employees are doing the best that they can do my team works very hard  so my employees and I would appreciate it very much if you would be patient with us calling us two or three times a day, wanting to know if we have gotten to your car yet is not in any way shape or form going to speed us up on
((  your )) car  in fact it will probably slow us down because we had to stop and talk on the phone about your car again

In all of my years of being in business, I have never had to say this but our schedule is full for spring break  unless you need an oil change or a tire repair we will not be able to help you during the week of spring break. I apologize if this is causing any problems for anyone I also have employees that want to be off during spring break. 
I appreciate all of my customers and my number one goal Every day is to get everybody in and out as fast as possible. Because I know everybody needs their vehicle.
