We're celebrating our two JUNE employees of the month, Billy and Sergio!

Billy consistently demonstrates our core value of Do Whatever It Takes through his reliability, strong work ethic, and willingness to help wherever needed. He can always be counted on to show up ready to work and maintain a dependable attendance record. Throughout the past month, Billy has regularly gone above and beyond job expectations, stepping in to support his teammates and help the team achieve its goals. His dedication and flexibility make him a valued member of the team, and his contributions are greatly appreciated. Billy, thank you for all you do!

Sergio consistently demonstrated our core values of Do Whatever It Takes and Bring the Best Out in Each Other throughout the past month. While his dedicated station is Lining in Line 1, he regularly stepped in to assist Line 2, helping the team meet weekly production goals and maintain productivity. His willingness to learn new tasks, support his teammates, and contribute wherever needed had a positive impact on both production and team morale. Sergio's positive attitude and dedication make him a valued team member, and his contributions have not gone unnoticed. Thank you for all of your hard work, Sergio!

We are celebrating our TWO stellar employees, ZACH and WESLEY as our May Employees of the Month!

We are proud to recognize Zach M. as Employee of the Month for exemplifying one of Summit’s core values: “Do Whatever It Takes.”

While the Material Department was short-handed, Zach consistently stepped up without hesitation and ensured the entire shop received the materials needed on time. His strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond helped keep operations running smoothly and the team supported throughout the process.

Zach’s forklift knowledge and overall experience have been a tremendous asset to the team. His reliability, dedication, and team-first mindset truly make a difference every day.

Thank you, Zach, for all your hard work and commitment. Summit is lucky to have you on the team.

Summit Truck Body would also like to congratulate Wesley Ricketts! Wes has been with the company for several years now, dating back to our infamous days in Portland, Oregon.

Wes started out in Production, learning all of the ins and outs of producing a truck body. Wes voiced his desire to learn how to weld and eventually transitioned into the Fabrication Department where he remains to this day.

His wealth of knowledge on how to build a truck body enabled him to excel in Fabrication, producing all of the parts that are used to build a body.

One of the best things about Wes is his approach to challenges. Every day he comes to work ready to take on any task with That Do Whatever it Takes attitude. Just like during his tenure in Production, Wes has learned every piece of equipment, including the laser.

Wes has been, and continues to be, a huge asset to the Summit Truck Body Team. Congratulations Wes!

Congratulations to our APRIL Employees of the Month, Connor and Wilmer!

🌟We would like to recognize our Subframe Specialist, Connor, also known as “Siete” for building a record setting seven subframes in a single day, has set the standard for what it means to push ourselves to be better every day. His work ethic and drive don’t stop once his own tasks are complete. Whenever the line needs support, he steps in without hesitation and does WHATEVER IT TAKES to keep us on track and hitting our goals. He is always looking for ways to improve, down to the smallest detail, which is critical when it comes to maintaining both quality and efficiency. Connor consistently raises the bar, not just through his performance but by motivating those around him to match his level of commitment.
