Life happens in a second, and around here, you never really know what the next call is going to be. It could be a technical rotator job that takes planning, precision and a whole lot of experience. It could be a classic car somebody has spent years taking care of. It could be a vehicle buried in the brush, a routine tow across town, or a crash scene where suddenly nothing about the day feels routine anymore. That’s this business. Some calls are challenging. Some are interesting. Some are rewarding. And some stick with you long after the truck is parked. But every one of them is a reminder that life moves fast. So do good work. Take care of your people. Be proud of what you do. Don’t put everything important off until “someday.” And when somebody is having one of the worst days of their life, remember that how you show up matters.

We’re proud of the equipment we run, but even more proud of the people behind it.

One year ago today, we lost one of our own. There are still moments when we expect to hear his voice. Nonstop stories that still start with his name. Lessons he taught that show up in the way we handle a difficult job. Memories that can make us laugh one minute and hit us square in the chest the next. Russell wasn’t just someone who helped manage drivers, trucks, calls, and the chaos that comes with this business. He was part of the heartbeat of this company and also helped shape the cultures in other companies before us. Russell was a leader, a friend, a mentor, and a man who left his fingerprints on the people around him. If you ever had the pleasure of meeting Russell, then you know! His soft spoken leadership and huge caring eyes were the definition of wisdom and genuine leadership. That is what a legacy really is. Legacy isn’t just a name carved into a stone. It’s the part of you that continues to live in everyone you left behind.

From staging our fleet and crews trackside to recovering disabled race cars and clearing the course, when something happens on the track, our job is simple: Get in. Get it handled. Get racing again.
