Tickets must be picked up at our shop office (1868 W 200 S, Portland) during business hours. Ticket choices will be on a first come, first served basis.

Please note the hours to pick up:
Monday - Friday
7am - 11:30am and 1pm -4pm.

MEET OUR TEAM: OFFICE MANAGER & SERVICE ADVISOR, ASHLEY HOPKINS

Although today marks the 3 year anniversary of Ashley joining our staff officially full time, she has always been a behind the scenes supporter of Hopkins Repair since the very beginning.

Ashley was born and raised in Jay County and attended Ball State University. Before joining our staff, she worked at EP Graphics in Berne for 17+ years as a customer service rep. As Hopkins Repair began to grow, the need for a full-time office manager arose, and Ashley joined our staff in April 2023. Ashley will most likely be the one to answer your phone calls or greet you in the office, help you get scheduled, prepare estimates for you, and keep you informed as your vehicle is being repaired.

Ashley says the best thing about her job is getting to know our customers and vendors, and the friendships that have developed. She says working with her husband, Scott, and being able to see their son get off the bus every day is pretty great too. In her free time, Ashley enjoys time at home with her family, reading, spending time outside in the garden, and being involved in activities at the church her family attends.

We invite you to come out, visit our shop, and meet our team!!
