Jim joined our team on January 7, 2013, as a Production Supervisor and has been an integral part of our success ever since. As our most tenured native associate, Jim played a vital role in supporting the extraordinary growth of our business from just 6 associates
to more than 170 associates today.
Throughout his career, Jim consistently demonstrated an unwavering commitment to ourcustomers and operations. His leadership and dedication helped ensure production remained on track, and our customers were never impacted by a missed shipment.
In recognition of his contributions, Jim was promoted to Senior Production Supervisor on May 16, 2023.
Jim has earned the respect of everyone who has had the opportunity to work with him. He is known for his strong work ethic, fairness, and steady leadership. His positive
influence on our culture and operations has left a lasting impact that will continue long after his retirement!
