Under 21 leave me a paper with a signed adult with permission . And 3 contact numbers for an emergency ? Any other info may be included .What I am asking is young kids that come to ride with older brothers or friends leave me a paper with some 2 or 3 emergency contact numbers . Put the bike # or description on it . You can add hospital preference or ETC ? I have had a few times that we had to call for an ambulance. I just need to be able to contact a parent ?
