This is the kind of bu****it we are up against now with insurance company's. This estimate wasn't even in the ball park of ours, the labor rates are from the 90's. Just so they can try and save some money. But bet your ass they didn't pass that savings on to you. Now I get to spend the morning sorting this s**t out. They are trying to save money by not having field adjusters to actually come and look at your car. This AI crap is going to cause some real issues ! Have you noticed your insurance policy went up recently ? This is one reason for it right here.

Was going over some outstanding debt owed to the shop and I decided to start a loser list since going to court and getting a judgement is a joke and does zero good. Fortunately we dont get these very often. Maybe one or two every few years. Might help the next person from getting ripped off. So here is my first deadbeat no bill paying loser. And this guy has money so he has no excuse, and he has several judgements on him already.
