I have been working on equipment while the fair is in town, as a result I have fallen behind in my work at the shop. I tried to hire in the past but never seems to work out. Everybody want top pay, benefits and home by 5:00.
I can't compete with the big shops but I must be doing som**hing right after 20 years. I make enough to keep the lights on and the business running, the only thing is I can't keep up with demand. I have been turning work away for about 4 months.
What I want is a mechanic to work with me not for me.
I have a big job starting on the 18th it's a 2 man job #2 mechanic labor should be $580 to $620. If I do the job by myself it takes 3 days.
Option 1 come help me with one job collect your money.
Option 2 help me with this job, build a clientele and work for yourself.
