Aligning the rear section on the H2. The front of the new section meeting the back on the vehicle is 3/4" wider than rear to front. So we will weld a new panel section to the rear doner bed and weld into the existing panel and blend.
This will allow us to spread the 3/4" difference over 18 to 24".
More to come on panel blending.

Today we begin fitting the beds together. A difference of about 3/4" between the two beds that will need to be addressed by blending a new panel overlapping.
