We're hiring! Working Fiberglass Supervisor / Lead — Henriksen Boat Designs · Port Norris, NJ
Henriksen Boat Designs builds foam-filled, fully resin-infused skiffs in Port Norris, New Jersey. We're a small shop looking for a working supervisor — someone who can run a small crew and still do the work themselves.
What you'll do:
- Lead and watch over a small fiberglass crew day to day
- Show guys how to do the work and keep quality up
- Resin-infuse boat hulls (foam core, fiberglass layup)
- Spray gel coat
- Cut fiberglass and foam
- Body work and finish work
- Move parts, load and unload, drive trucks as needed
- Help with the same hands-on shop work the owner does
Who we're looking for:
- Real fiberglass / composite experience (lamination, infusion, gel coat, or body work)
- Experience leading or training a small crew — or clear ability to step into that
- Willing to work with your hands every day, not just manage from the office
- Reliable, on time, and comfortable in a small shop
Hours & pay: Monday–Friday, roughly 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Pay: TBD for experience
