Vehicle Cleanliness and Safety Policy
At our facility, the health, safety, and well-being of our team members are our top priorities. To maintain a safe and hygienic working environment, we require all vehicles presented for service or repair to meet basic cleanliness standards.
We reserve the right to refuse service, delay repairs, or assess a cleaning fee for any unsanitary or excessively dirty vehicle
Vehicles will trigger this policy if they contain:
• Excessive Trash: Loose debris, unbagged household waste, or any objects blocking service areas.
• Biological Hazards: Food waste, mold, animal or human bodily fluids, or pest infestations.
• Safety Hazards: Unsecured sharp objects, needles, weapons, or hazardous chemicals.
• Severe Odors: Strong, persistent smells that make working inside the cabin unsafe or intolerable.
If a vehicle is deemed to violate our policy, the customer will be given three options:
1. Customer Clean-Up: You may remove the debris yourself before leaving the vehicle.
2. Shop Cleaning Fee: Agree to a mandatory $150 cleaning and hazard mitigation fee. Our team will remove the debris necessary to safely perform the repair. (Does not apply to Severe Odors)
3. Rescheduling: Take the vehicle to be cleaned and reschedule your repair for a later date.
Pre-Service Inspection: Our team will perform a visual inspection of your vehicle's interior upon arrival.
Final Discretion: Service and shop management have final authority on vehicle acceptance and/or fee application.
Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our workplace safe and clean.
