The boss came out today to inspect this weeks rig jobs. Overall he was pleased with the guys workmanship, he is also impressed that they have been keeping pace with the unusually busy season we are having.

Tomorrow is the official start of our summer season, we have been hard at it the last few months getting everyone ready and launched. We are VERY thankful for our customers and our crew, it has been super busy and we have been fortunate that this season has been moving along fairly smoothly… the successful early spring fishing season in the western basin definitely made things interesting early on. We are proud to report all of our promises have been kept and we are ready for the weather to break next week so we can enjoy all of the hard work.

As of Tuesday we will be back to our normal work schedule with service and and outboard/electronics installations enjoying a less than week turn around and maintenance being bring and wait/ same day. Also, we will continue with our anti fouling bottom services along with our in house detailing services throughout the summer. It’s been an incredibly busy couple of weeks here at Dubberts, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the support. We’ve had some really cool projects rolling through the shop lately, and our team has been working hard to keep boats turning around quickly and efficiently.

Even with this being the busiest spring season we’ve ever had, we’re still maintaining roughly a one-week turnaround on most rigging jobs, maintenance, and the majority of our service work. That’s something we take a lot of pride in.

Believe it or not, Memorial Day weekend is only 14 days away, and boating season is officially here. If you’ve been thinking about getting your boat serviced, rigged, or water-ready, now is the time to get on the schedule.

We’re excited for what’s shaping up to be an amazing summer on the water. Thank you for continuing to trust Dubberts with your boats and projects!
