It takes what it takes.

Usually it requires patience and some knowledge of how it works.

The grind is on everyday. Falling asleep thinking of how to make or fit something in it's place or seeing wiring diagrams with your eyes closed.

Then there are the trouble makers. The ones that just like to be in the shop. The ones thay fight you until the end.

Have to love it to play.
