Hello Fellow anglers 6-11-2019 Alpha Omega Charters has received it Gulf Reef and Pelagic permits from NOAA. we will be scheduling 8 hour trips into the Gulf for grouper, snapper, and many other species. We will be able to take up to 6 anglers at 200.00 per angler with a minimum of 4. We have a 30ft. SCARAB fishing boat with Yamaha power that cruises at 30 mph. and a porta potty for our female anglers. Plenty of shade and bottled water for our guest. Give Capt. Hello fellow anglers and customers this is Captain Bart on June 4 the paperwork for our new vessel the 30 foot scarab is still in the hands of the Coast Guard I’ve contacted them and they’ve told me that they have the paperwork and they process them as they came in in order and I have talked to the NOAA office in Saint Pete and they have all of my paperwork and the only deficiency is my documentation and they’ve told me as soon as I get that paper document I can present it to them in Saint Pete and get my permits then I’ll be 100% ready to go for offshore fishing in the 30 foot scarab thanks for your patience in this matter will post new updates soon

I am posting this on May 27 I am still waiting for the Coast Guard to give me my documentation for my new 30 foot scarab fishing boat so I can put my permits on it so I’ll be legal to go out into the golf I am hoping to have it ready for the first four red snapper season for June and July so I’ll keep you posted thank you for your patience captain Bart Marx {

Hello Alpha Omega Charters fans. Today I received some of my paperwork that I need to document the REEL JOB for future service out into the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Ocean. My goal is to have things ready for RED SNAPPER season that is about a month this year. I am starting to do some scouting trips, and gathering GPS numbers. I am planning to be able to go thirty miles out on a eight hour trip that is about 100ft. of water. The boat can handle six anglers four is very comfortable. 30ft. SCARAB with twin F250 Yamahas v-birth with porta potty for the ladies. So they say great things take time. Like a crock pot, not a microwave. Thanks for your patients Capt Bart Marx 941-979-6517

Hello Fellow anglers Capt. Bart has reached 60. And I have a new member in my fleet. It is a 30ft. SCARAB that cruises at 30 knots. I can fish 30 miles offshore on a 8hr. trip. Hello fellow anglers I have been working on getting a home port for Alpha Omega Charters. I am going to be working with the folks at the Bokellia Fishing Pier Marina . I will have signage there and a referral program. I will still be running trips out of the Placida , Port Charlotte / Charlotte Harbor area my boat a 222 Aquasport is on the trailer so I can be mobile. If someone wants to go to Biscayne Bay for lobster it can be arranged this way. I will be trying to do more Coastal trips. Thanks to Betty, Billy and Cayle you may have seen some pix of our trip with the fish reentry gear. Some nice grouper and some African Pompano for those guys. Thanks to capt Dan Cambern Hammerhead Charters I caught my personal best Mangrove Snapper 6lbs. Awsome. On one of my own charters Ron & Steve harvested 2 red grouper and some nice mangrove snapper. Also took our CPA from New Day and his wife and children. They caught some nice red fish/ drum , black drum, trout , flounder, and four snapper. And on 10-2 Had a repeat customer from Wachula they harvested a nice black drum and a few mangrove snapper and fun was had by all.
