1984 Honda XR200. Came in running, but not well. Blowing a lot of smoke and had a real bad tick to it (improperly adjusted valves). Pulled the engine and completely rebuilt the top end including a new piston (the one in it had a crack), rings, honed the cylinder, lapped the valves, new valve guides and seals. Thanks again Adam, it was good working with you!

Finally got this thing going and out the door. 1980 KDX175. Complete rebuild including crank, piston, rod, rings, carburetor, bearings, and gaskets. 1980 being the only yr they made this exact engine. Needles to say, multiple parts had to come from different COUNTRIES. Either way it's going great and the customer seemed very happy with the finished product. Thanks again Adam!

K&J is sorry to announce that we're currently not taking any new jobs. Am unfortunate turn of events with my health have temporarily taken a turn. With not knowing what's in store for treatment, I'd hate to take on a new job and have it longer than expected. I'm going to do my very best to get what I've got done in the same timely manner I've been known for. I'll be back good as ever hopefully sooner than later. I'd also like to thank all past and current customers, you guys make this job awesome. Thanks!

Don't forget, I work on all boats and watercrafts too!!! Summer is just about to really get kicked off and you're going to want to be out on the water soaking up some sunshine. Repairs, tune ups, or just getting it checked out for the summer to have you on your way. Have another toy, project, or machine? Not sure if I work on it? Just send me a message or call. Odds are, I can get you fixed up and going quicker, cheaper, and better than the competitors!

Just finished up this 1997 Yamaha g16 golf cart with the jn6 301 cm³ engine. It came in not hardly able to pull itself and smoking like crazy. As you can tell looking at the combustion chamber and valves, this thing has been burning oil for a while. Had low compression, bad valve seals and bad valve seats. Replace the piston and rings, reworked the head and lapped the valves. Also replaced the fuel filter and lines while in there. Runs like a top now. Few hundred dollar fix instead of a couple thousand dollar new engine.
