Running a business isn’t always smooth sailing especially in the automotive industry. There are a lot of margins for time delays, between busting knuckles, and having to take those mandatory first aid breaks throughout the day. The quality of parts is the biggest factor, it’s not uncommon for parts to be made so poorly nowadays that we have to send them back brand new out of the box not working, along with many of the reliable vehicles part manufacturing being discontinued on models as new as 2012 we are forced into used or aftermarket parts that don’t always work, and it’s frustrating waiting on your car and we understand that so we try to offer solutions with pickup/dropoff/shuttle services) but it’s not always convenient so we just wanted to take the time to say thanks to all the customers that come in and really see and appreciate all the hard work and the late nights keeping your vehicles moving!
